The  Motorola CP200D radio has been announced as discontinued by Motorola during the Spring of 2023. It is expected that the availability of this radio will gradually deplete over the next several months, eventually phasing out completely. In replacement, Motorola has introduced the Motorola R2 radio. However, there are several other alternatives available. Below you can find more information on how to move forward with your fleet.

The CP200D has been the standard in commercial-grade two-way radios for nearly 10 years. Introduced in the mid-2010’s, Motorola began producing this radio to replace the  CP200. Both have been some of Motorola’s highest selling models since their introduction. The Motorola CP200D supports both Analog and Digital operation, and boasts 4-watts of power with 16 channels. With a smaller and sleeker design than the CP200D, this model is not as rugged but still boasts very similar features. This radio combines simplicity and efficiency for the user. Easy-to-use and operate, the CP100d offers analog voice communications and MOTOTRBO digital. So, when you are ready, the Motorola CP100D two-way radio is ideal for digital migration.
