Managed Services

Two Way Direct provides a contractual agreement for wireless IT support to manage and maintain critical communications infrastructure. We include technical support and emergency assistance to first responders and supportive staff, enabling first responders to stay connected during times of outages and crisis.

Our Managed Services

We provide a managed services contract to manage mission-critical uptime on affected equipment including gateways, Enhanced Push-to-Talk (EPTT), smartphones, feature phones, two-way radios, and any other communication devices due to domestic natural disasters and crisis events.

  • Mission Critical Push-To-Talk Services
  • Over-the-Air Talk Group Creation

  • Activations
  • Two-Way Radios
  • Crucial Loaner Equipment 

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

As the service provider, Two Way Direct provides all required wireless voice and data communication technical support to the customer in the event of an incident. In addition to technical support, Two Way Direct assists in issues regarding the managed devices purchased through the service provider. 

We provide emergency remote service within 12 hours of the request. In an escalated incident, we provide onsite emergency assistance within 72 hours of the request.

Our services are based on a one year contract, billed monthly.
