Good quality

This is a pretty standard and comfortable headset especially if you are looking to use it in either retail (like me) or other utilizations where sound quality is critical. The microphone is makes vocals come out very crisp, cable length is resonable (I’m 6’0” and i have plenty of leeway). Overall, great product and highly recommend to anyone who likes the clear coil build. Second, I found that Two Way Direct’s customer service is incredible and personable. When I placed my order I received a call/Voicemail from my sales rep — Bo Pritchett, who just called to let me know the order was being processed and allowed me to use him as a point of contact in case of any issues. Simple gestures like this are what sets organizations apart from each other, and is a reason I will continue to invest my purchases into this group.

I bought a lower priced model. The mike did not work. Purchased the Two Way and immediately noticed the difference in quality. It works great. Would like to see it come with D ear molds (which I added). Highly recommend this item.

The item works well with our units and has generated several other interested parties in the store.

I used this product during an opening Soccer game and it fit nicely. Cost was reasonable and shipping only took 6 days. Although website should state not open on weekends. I placed my order on Saturday, because the site said will ship next day, if ordered before 6pm. But all in all a good product and company to get your supplies from.
