I drop this radio all the time and it still works great. I can't believe it's a full powered radio for this price too! Lowest I've found online and Two Way Direct provided me with very good customer service. Wasn't sure how I was going to match up the frequencies to my existing radios but they handled everything. Now I've switched from the Motorola radios to now these and they all talk to each other perfectly. Thanks Two Way Direct! Saved me a bunch!
