1. Disinfect Your Radios and Radio Accessories

We recommend disinfecting each radio after each shift. Make sure to wring out the disinfectant wipe and ensure no liquid penetrates the inside of the radio. Watch this short video for further instructions on cleaning each radio and earpiece.

3. Limit The Number of Users For Each Radio Earpiece

To disinfect and clean  radio earpieces, use a disinfectant wipe. Please note, this will not work for standard in-ear earpieces such as the 2 Wire Surveillance Kit. If you have these 2 Wire earpieces, we recommend issuing each employee their own acoustic tube

If your team is sharing earpieces like G-hooks and D-Shells, we recommend liming the number of users per earpiece, and that each radio and earpiece are disinfected after each use.
