Our sales and customer service teams are here to process and/or expedite your orders and our warehouse remains open and fully operational. We are coordinating closely with suppliers and freight companies to ensure we support our customers’ needs and schedules. At Two Way Direct, we have taken the following steps:
• Increased sanitation, hygiene, and workspace spacing practices. All materials leaving our facility are clean and safe
• Authorized and encouraged team members to work from home wherever and whenever possible until further notice. Employees have all the technology they utilize in the office, available and functional from their respective homes
• Eliminated all travel until conditions warrant otherwise
• Temporarily eliminated visits to our offices
During these unprecedented times, we will keep you updated, as we continue to monitor and fine-tune our actions.
