Is the Motorola RDU2020 waterproof? No, the RDU2020 isn’t waterproof.  That said, it is designed to be used in moisture rich environments and can be used in the rain.  If you find you’ve saturated the radio, it is best to turn it off and allow it to dry for a day before powering it back on. 

Can I program the Motorola RDU2020 to work with my existing two way radios? The answer depends on your two way radios.  Give us a call and  we’ll walk through this with you and offer suggestions. 

How much distance with the Motorola RDU2020 cover?  The Motorola RDU2020 will cover a Super Walmart and its parking lot.  Ideally, we suggest you consider the Motorola RDU4100 if your facility is larger than a Super Walmart.

  This radio is great for businesses. We got them for our restaurant and couldn’t be happier. They are super easy to use because they only have 2 channels. I don’t think I would ever go with anything else other than motorola.

  My team loves the fact that this radio is small and lightweight, because that makes it easy to carry around. Though this radio is small it is powerful. We are able to get coverage through our whole warehouse. It is an excellent choice.

  These radios are perfect if you don’t need a ton of channels to operate on like us. We only needed one but there isn’t a radio out there that only offers one channel. I am glad we got this one though because we ended up using both of them just like Two Way Direct said we would. Thanks for the advice Two Way.
