Almost Perfect for My Needs

I work in a hospital Security Department. This earpiece does not have to be discreet. The clarity is far better than the two different ear pieces that the department issued. This ear piece also does not cause my eardrum to itch or tickle and also stays in place. The department issued ear pieces caused itching and were constantly getting out of position. The only complaint is that it is a little small which puts pressure on my ears. Every few hours I have to take it off for a couple of minutes to get relief. Maybe if it was open at the bottom by about an 1/8 of an inch.
