Description

Vertex FNB-V103Li Lith-Ion Standard Battery (Old Style) has been discontinued.

Two Way Direct offers the After Market version of this battery with a longer operating life. Call us for more details!

The Vertex company changed from a 3-connector design to a 4-connector design in 2014, so keeping your team’s equipment running can be a challenge. For teams out in the field who are still using their dependable Vertex VX231 radios, however, Two Way Direct has the classic FNB-V103LI batteries you need to keep your handhelds operating and save you the time and money of finding replacements.

Built to the Vertex Standard, this original product is the old style VX231 battery – with 3 connectors and 1150 mAh lithium-ion of power – that is guaranteed to also fit your charging stations.

Teams looking to stick with your Vertex equipment, but want to get more performance out of your handheld units, then Two Way Direct also offers the FNB-V104LI TWD battery – an in-house product that offers longer operating life than the FNB-V103LI battery. This higher-capacity VX231 battery (2500 mAh, lithium-ion) will work with your radios and are fully compatible with your 3-connector chargers from Vertex.

    Impressed!

Posted by Unknown on 16th Jan 2013

Radios are not my thing but a few of our older VX231 radios had run out of battery life and I had to find some new ones. I was impressed by the Lithium Ion batteries but not with the price, till I found this site that offered the lowest price on Lithium Ion batteries for radios.

I was about to buy a bunch of new radios at $200/ea. When they informed me that I could just get some batteries I was thrilled. My VX-231 radios work as good as new.

Pleasure to work with these guys

Posted by Unknown on 15th Jan 2013

We just placed our order for some of these batteries and the people were great to work with. We were originally going to order something else but went with these after they informed us that they would be the better choice. We buy a lot of our professional radios and accessories from these guys and they are always a pleasure to work with.

    It's great!

These batteries lasted me a while. I just ordered my new ones today. I really recommend getting your radios from here. The customer service is outstanding and they almost always have someone on the line to help you. I can't tell you how many times I have called and someone is there.

Lithium Ion batteries are the best.

You go with this battery you can't go wrong. I got these about a year ago and they are still working fine.

    Great Buy!

Posted by Unknown on 15th Jan 2013

I really like my VX-231 radio. When it died I was just looking to buy a new one. I put in my order and they called me back right away and told me that I should just get this new battery for my VX231. I was excited that I did not have to spend that much on a new radio.

    Vertex FNB-V103Li Battery

Posted by Unknown on 15th Jan 2013

I was always told that Lith-Ion batteries were the best, but they were so expensive. Found these on this site and was pleased with the price. I have some VX230 radios that had batteries that were wearing out and needed replacing. These were much cheaper than any batteries I found on other sites.
