I was encouraged to switch to this digital/analog technology. I am glad I switched. This is a very versatile radio and is essential for my application.

Great radio! I actually realized later though that the Vertex EVX531 radios work with these as well but it's half the price. Switching to the Vertex EVX531's. Same digital technology. Vertex is even owned by Motorola.
