We ship via FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air, and FedEx Next Day Air. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout. Orders generally ship within 2 business days, provided the items are in stock at the time of purchase. Items that are not in stock are ordered directly from the manufacturer, and can take anywhere from 3 days to 12 weeks to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the manufacturer. By agreeing to these shipping terms, you are acknowledging that delivery might not always be immediate, and that no returns will be issued for items that are not shipped within 2 business days based on delays or backorders in the manufactures shipping process.

FedEx 2nd Day Air - guaranteed in 2 business days (from delivery date)
FedEx Next Day Air - guaranteed next business day delivery (from delivery date)

No PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from TwoWayDirect.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Sales Tax
SALES TAX is only applied to California Addresses. Customers purchasing from TwoWayDirect.com who reside outside of the state of California will be exempt from paying sales tax.
