The Icom IC-F2721B professional series base station is available in UHF frequency bands and has 45-50 watts of power with 256 channels and a fixed Power Supply.

The MIL-STD-810 series of standards are issued by the United States Army's Developmental Test Command, to specify various environmental tests to simulate conditions that the IC-F2721B will encounter in the field.
